Where do I start? This machine has saved me time, money, frustration and best of all is the customer service. Ryan Hall is there for you day and night, and that includes Saturday night. He is kind, caring and will sit on the phone with you for hours if need be. When it is used properly, which Ryan is happy to teach anyone using his machine hoe to do, the Shearline produces a trim job so close to hand trimming that most can not tell the difference! I feel so fortunate not only to own this wonderful machine but to have access to the meticulous, caring, customer service that accompanies it. Don’t hesitate! This is the one! In fact, it always was.
