I should probably start by saying that my whole journey with the Shearline 2.0 started with a machine that we borrowed. Things were at a difficult start because we were given very little to go on. Then we needed help and called the company. This is where everything got going. First of all I have never been given the level of attention that I received from this company on any other item I have ever been involved with. I had problems and they had answers. I made errors on the install of parts and they were patient and followed up again with the “take it slow here, and we can do this” and I slowed down and listened and all went as well as I could have anticipated. This machine is fantastic, but the company is what makes it the best. A good product will only hold up to the most difficult issues with patience and care, and this company gives that very generously. I couldn’t be happier with this machine and we are now getting it permanently from it’s previous owner and could not do any better any where else. Any company can make a machine that works well, but at the end of the day if you back it up with customer service that goes beyond anyone else, that product can’t be beat. I just want to thank all at Shearline for having given me the best service I’ve ever gotten.
