The advantage of running several machines in line is it allows us to take advantage of a slower drum speed over a longer path. As a result, the trim is gentler, tighter, and comes out completely finished after just one pass.
Every shroud, length of ducting, cutting reel, and blade is 304-grade stainless steel or food grade electro-less nickel. Everything is built to USDA standards.
An optional clean-in-place high pressure 180-degree water cleaning system eliminates the need for time consuming dismantling and cleaning of equipment. Clean up with this system can be performed in minutes without moving the equipment from the trim room.
Removes 99.9% of the trim prior to entering blower, the trim can be processed for extracts far more efficiently. All the effluent, containing valuable oils, is drained to a sump and pumped to a stainless-steel drum for reclamation.
The 2X2 sits on a lightweight, aluminum rolling mobile frame that easily adjusts the tilt of the system and separators. The separators and pressure washing system can be disconnected without tools should the machine need to be transported.
This system comes standard with two, five-horse power, speed controlled, stainless steel cyclonic separators. The blades, a design shared with the Shearline Original, are made of Rockwell 60 hardness steel that will stay sharp for years.
If your production facility is operating at a large and consistent flow rate, fully automating the processing system is critical. This system has a massive, 18-inch wide drum spanning 6 feet in length, rotating over top of four 11-blade cutting reels. A system controlled entirely using PLC allows the user to configure this system to their specific needs.
The automated tilt of the entire machine, as well as precise control of the suction of the two massive all-stainless-steel separators, work together to achieve the perfect final product. A large-capacity hopper feeding the drum, can be tuned to provide the optimal feed rates timed to the needs of the strain being trimmed
Equipment requires minimal training and experience to get up and running.
All facets of the machine's operation are programmable, with a PLC controlled system built-in. We will program as many different running sequences as needed!
